RSP Rules
ON THE RANGE
Redlands Shooting Park may amend or update these range rules from time to time, with or without notice to its patrons. All users agree to be bound by the privacy policy and range rules that are in effect at the time they access the facility, the website, or use the Wherewolf waiver application.
- SHOTGUN BARREL MUST BE 26″ OR LONGER (NO SELF DEFENSE OR TACTICAL SHOTGUNS ALLOWED) NO RIFLES OR PISTOLS!
- Hearing and eye protection mandatory.
- Actions must be open when not actively shooting.
- Shooting allowed from marked stations only
- Shells in gun only when actively shooting.
- Maximum 2 shells ONLY when shooting doubles & skeet.
- Muzzles must be kept pointed in a safe direction at all times
- Squad Maximums are 6 on all fields
- Trap and Skeet are games of 25 targets, extra birds are for breakage or bad pulls only. If you experience three (3) consecutive broken birds, seek staff help immediately
- Losing birds because of talking, not seeing the target, or gun malfunction are not reasons for reimbursement
- All shooters must fill out a WAIVER and MUST HAVE A VALID US ID.
AMMO RULES
The following applies to all Trap and Skeet fields. Additional velocities and ammo types may be used on the Olympic Bunker field and Sporting Clay course. Please check with the staff before using any ammo not listed below. Thank you.
- Maximum Load: 3 Dram
- Maximum Velocity: 1250FPS (Feet Per Second) 1 1/8oz of shot MAX
- 7 1/2, 8 & 9 shot only
- All ammo must be checked by staff member in the club house prior to shooting
- Non-members must purchase Range ammunition.
